There is fact that a learner can know a lot of grammar rules and vocabulary, however, they can’t speaking well yet. So the learners must know how use what they have learned apart from the ability to explain grammar rules.one

advanced one => advanced ones (phải là số nhiều)

grammar rules and vocabulary => grammar rules and vocabularies (giữa hai vế của and phải có sự đồng nhất)

hai đáp án trên chắc là như butchi nghĩ nhưng đáp án cuối: vocabulary có thể giữ nguyên không cần chuyển sang số nhiều. phải chăng đáp án cuối là there is a fact.
