This will give you ability to move threads to the top of forums, or make them X hours older (Bump/De-Bump).
Installation:
-Import XML file (as product): AdminCP > Plugin System > Manage Products > [Add/Import Product]
To set options:
Go to: AdminCP > vBulletin Options > VSa - (De)Bump Threads
