On July 17th, 2012 I flew from Changi AirPort to Ho Chi Minh City on flight VN-BL510, took off from Changi Airport at 1300 hrs and arrived at Tan Son Nhat Airport at 1510 hrs. I had my suitcase consigned. After the flight, I came to the luggage discharging counter to get it but I didn't find my suitcase which was red, about 60 cm tall, 30 cm wide and have the mark "NICE" in white color on it. I did come to the luggage claim counter and reported my problem to a male personnel there. He noted down my cell phone number and told me that he would contact me to solve the problem afterwards. However, I haven't got any contact from him or anyone else so far.I do hope that with this letter, I will receive reply and support from you.Thankyou very much.Yours truly,Choi Song Dong</blockquote>
