Một quản đốc phân xưởng giỏi là người có thể đảm nhiệm và vận hành tốt guồng máy làm việc, là người có khả năng tạo ra năng suất làm việc tốt nhất, là người có đầy đủ các kiến thức về việc tổ chức các kế hoạch sản xuất, kiểm soát và quản lý tốt toàn bộ dây chuyền sản xuất. Với mong muốn giúp các bạn học viên hiểu rõ về vai trò, trách nhiệm của người quản đốc phân xưởng để từ đó làm việc hiệu quả hơn, CED đã thiết kế khóa đào tạo Quản Đốc Phân Xưởng với sự tham gia giảng dạy của các giảng viên giàu kinh nghiệm thực tế. Khóa học được thiết kế dựa trên nền tảng cung cấp những kiến thức mang tính thực tế cao về quản lý dòng vật tư trong sản xuất, quản trị nhân sự, đánh giá hiệu quả sản xuất bằng hệ thống KPI, nhận diện và khắc phục lãng phí trong sản xuất nhằm cắt giảm chi phí sản xuất cho doanh nghiệp v.v..
