Nhưng việc mở ra một hướng tư duy đã soi sáng bao việc phải làm để thay đổi. Ví như việc dạy môn lịch sử trong nhà trường lâu nay vốn khô khan, khiến học sinh chỉ biết sử Tàu mà lơ mơ sử Việt. [/FONT][/COLOR] [COLOR=#000000][FONT=Arial]Giá như thay vì các cuốn sách giáo khoa lịch sử nặng nề, kinh viện, nặng về số liệu và trích dẫn, chúng ta có thể xây dựng các bộ phim tư liệu- lịch sử để học sinh dễ tiếp thu hơn. Ngoài thông tin hình ảnh, có thể để các nhà nghiên cứu, các nhà sư phạm, chuyên gia lịch sử xuất hiện đánh giá về mỗi thời kỳ, mỗi giai đoạn tạo sự thông nhất mà hấp dẫn, sôi động mà mang tính giáo dục cao. [/FONT][/COLOR] [COLOR=#000000][FONT=Arial]Tất nhiên, phim "giáo khoa" phải là tư liệu nghiêm túc chứ không phải những "Đường tới thành Thăng Long" xa lạ với tâm thức dân tộc, cả hồn lẫn xác. Chưa kể, chương trình lịch sử trong các trường khoa học và nhân văn hiện nay đang chồng chéo, lặp lại những gì đã học ở phổ thông gây nhàm chán. Bộ Giáo dục nên rút gọn chương trình, chỉ dạy một vài chuyên đề sâu cho sinh viên chủ động nghiên cứu và tìm những gì thiết thực với mình. [/FONT][/COLOR] [COLOR=#000000][FONT=Arial]Dư luận xã hội đã chờ đợi những tín hiệu mới mẻ từ ngành giáo dục, đã tin tưởng vào những phát ngôn, và mong mỏi những khẩu hiệu có lộ trình cụ thể để thành hiện thực. Nhưng nhìn kĩ vào bộ máy và cách vận hành của ngành giáo dục từ hơn 20 năm đổi mới đất nước, khó có thể kỳ vọng gì hơn vào những đột phá "từ bên trên" cho giáo dục. [/FONT][/COLOR] [COLOR=#000000][FONT=Arial]Không khó hiểu khi vị tân Bộ trưởng trần tình "không muốn tạo ra dấu ấn". Tuy vậy, cái có thể làm là lãnh đạo ngành giáo dục nên chính thức bày tỏ sự ủng hộ, khuyến khích với những tìm tòi đổi mới, sự xuất hiện của nhóm [I]Cánh Buồm[/I], tạo cho họ những điều kiện thuận lợi, và công khai lộ trình để những thử nghiệm thành công có thể ứng dụng đại trà cho tương lai. [/FONT][/COLOR] [COLOR=#000000][FONT=Arial]Cũng có ý kiến cho rằng, việc nghiên cứu và triển khai một dự án tầm cỡ và đầy ý nghĩa mà chưa có một sự ủng hộ, tài trợ nào từ phía Nhà nước trong khi nhiều tỉ đồng vẫn được hào phóng chi cho những chuyện "không đầu, không cuối" khác là điều bất hợp lý. [/FONT][/COLOR] [COLOR=#000000][FONT=Arial]Thế nhưng, ngẫm cho sâu xa, việc đầu tư ngân sách cho những chương trình này luôn là cần thiết, nhưng không phải là tất cả. Thậm chí, nếu chưa ý thức sâu sắc ý nghĩa và giá trị đích thực của nó, thì tư duy "giải ngân", "làm dự án" của bộ máy công chức giáo dục có thể làm hỏng một hướng đi tích cực mới manh nha. [/FONT][/COLOR] [COLOR=#000000][FONT=Arial]Chỉ cần sự ủng hộ thực tâm, không giao đãi hời hợt để rồi xếp vào tủ những sáng tạo, ngành giáo dục có thể thổi bùng nhiệt huyết và đóng góp của các nhà khoa học, của các doanh nghiệp, nhà tài trợ, để cánh buồm giáo dục luôn căng gió nhờ những luồng sinh khí lành mạnh và mới mẻ.
