Ôi! Nhưng ghi âm để trả đũa màn “tra tấn ngôn từ” của GV lại là điều thất lễ và vô phép. Một lần nữa, chúng ta lại thấy cách hành xử khá lệch lạc, méo mó, trái chiều của một bộ phận học sinh.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Arial'"><span style="font-size: 15px"><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'"><span style="font-family: 'Arial'"><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'Arial'"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Arial'"><span style="font-size: 15px"><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'"><span style="font-family: 'Arial'"><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'Arial'">Người lớn vẫn cứ chần chừ trong việc cấm hay không cấm dùng điện thoại di động, máy ghi âm của học sinh trong trường. Và nhiều hệ lụy của việc đó cứ nối tiếp diễn ra: cởi áo “khoe hàng”, thanh toán lẫn nhau, đánh ghen, làm nhục bạn... và bây giờ là ghi âm cô giáo mắng đều được tung lên mạng.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Arial'"><span style="font-size: 15px"><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'"><span style="font-family: 'Arial'"><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'Arial'"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Arial'"><span style="font-size: 15px"><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'"><span style="font-family: 'Arial'"><span style="color: #000000"><span style="font-family: 'Arial'">Đã đến lúc những người quản lý giáo dục cần có những quy định cụ thể và chặt chẽ về việc học sinh phổ thông có được phép dùng các phương tiện đa truyền thông trong trường hay không. Mặt khác, việc chú tâm vào điện thoại, máy ghi âm sẽ khiến các em không thể theo sát bài giảng vì ỷ lại vào máy ghi âm. [/FONT][/COLOR] [COLOR=#000000][FONT=Arial]Giữa nhà trường, GV và học sinh nên có những quy tắc làm việc ngay từ đầu: nếu học sinh bất bình về thái độ, cách dạy của GV nên báo cáo trực tiếp với ban giám hiệu. [/FONT][/COLOR] [COLOR=#000000][FONT=Arial]Cách làm của học sinh hiện nay rất đáng báo động: quay phim lén, ghi âm lén để tố cáo tiêu cực có thể do các em bắt chước các câu chuyện thường thấy trên báo chí, truyền thông. M[/FONT][/COLOR] [COLOR=#000000][FONT=Arial]ặt khác, các em cũng được trang bị phương tiện hiện đại làm “trợ thủ” đắc lực cho việc ghi âm, quay lén vào mục đích không tốt. Ở lứa tuổi cấp II, III các em thay đổi suy nghĩ, nhiều khi rất sĩ diện, bột phát nên GV cần gặp riêng những học sinh như vậy để nói chuyện và hiểu nhau hơn. [/FONT][/COLOR] [COLOR=#000000][FONT=Arial]Theo tôi, không nên sử dụng máy ghi âm trong lớp dù với mục đích gì. Thầy cô giảng vừa đủ cho học sinh tiếp thu, ngoài giảng bằng lời còn ghi lên bảng. Trước đây tất cả học sinh ngoan, học giỏi không cần dùng đến máy ghi âm mà vẫn có thành tích tốt. [/FONT][/COLOR] [COLOR=#000000][FONT=Arial]Tôi từng đọc trên blog một học sinh khá giỏi nhận xét về cô giáo của mình như sau: “Chưa bao giờ thấy một giáo viên vừa dốt, vừa hâm, vừa đần như bà này...”. Ôi! Ghi âm chỉ là hình thức mới của những chuyện kiểu này mà thôi. [/FONT][/COLOR] [COLOR=#000000][FONT=Arial]Câu chuyện đáng buồn vừa xảy ra khiến tôi nghĩ đến một số điều sau: [/FONT][/COLOR] [COLOR=#000000][FONT=Arial]- Với cô giáo trẻ, việc chửi học sinh nặng lời trước hết đã vi phạm chuẩn mực nghề nghiệp mà mỗi GV phải luôn tự ý thức khi đã chọn nghề dạy học - một nghề gánh trên vai cái nhìn và sức ép của toàn xã hội. [/FONT][/COLOR] [COLOR=#000000][FONT=Arial]Dù biện giải thế nào đi nữa thì cô giáo đã thể hiện sự thất bại hoàn toàn về kỹ năng sư phạm. Và câu chuyện này trở thành bài học cho chính tôi, khi cũng có lúc tôi không giữ được bình tĩnh trước các em. [/FONT][/COLOR] [COLOR=#000000][FONT=Arial]- Còn chuyện học sinh ghi âm lời thầy cô để lưu lại lời giảng ôn tập ở nhà cũng là điều đáng làm. Nhưng ghi âm để trả đũa màn “tra tấn ngôn từ” của GV lại là điều thất lễ và vô phép. Một lần nữa, chúng ta lại thấy cách hành xử khá lệch lạc, méo mó, trái chiều của một bộ phận học sinh. [/FONT][/COLOR] [COLOR=#000000][FONT=Arial]Người lớn vẫn cứ chần chừ trong việc cấm hay không cấm dùng điện thoại di động, máy ghi âm của học sinh trong trường. Và nhiều hệ lụy của việc đó cứ nối tiếp diễn ra: cởi áo “khoe hàng”, thanh toán lẫn nhau, đánh ghen, làm nhục bạn... và bây giờ là ghi âm cô giáo mắng đều được tung lên mạng. [/FONT][/COLOR] [COLOR=#000000][FONT=Arial]Đã đến lúc những người quản lý giáo dục cần có những quy định cụ thể và chặt chẽ về việc học sinh phổ thông có được phép dùng các phương tiện đa truyền thông trong trường hay không. Quan trọng hơn, cần coi lại: phải chăng chúng ta đang chú trọng dạy chữ mà xem nhẹ phần đức dục cho học sinh trong thời đại mới? [/FONT][/COLOR] [COLOR=#000000][FONT=Arial]Khi cái gốc chưa được chăm bón cẩn thận thì chuyện cây có nhiều sâu là không thể tránh khỏi.
